Training Program

Training begins with taking that first step out the door.  We have coaches and mentors to assist with the entire training process from start to finish.  There are three levels to our training program (intermediate, beginner and walk only) to fit all ability and comfort levels.

In-person weekly training will begin June 13th.  All sessions will be on Tuesday evenings from 6:30-7:30pm at Freedom Park.   We will meet in the parking lot near the playground accessed via East Blvd.  The final training session will be August 15th.  If it is heavy rain, we will not meet.  When in doubt, check our Facebook page.
